Lead Insoles

Description

Insoles made from solid lead.

Our one size fits all lead insoles are designed to add stability for divers working in moving water.

They're a way of weighting down the wearer and adding weight below the waist, rather than the majority of weights which are for use on a weight belt.

Developed for use with the Northern Diver underwater Safety Over Boots. Made so they comfortably fit the length and width of our Safety Over Boots.

The insoles are lead because it's a highly malleable and dense metal. It's also a poor conductor of electricity and very resistant to corrosion which makes it an ideal way to add weight for underwater use.

Solid lead insoles:
Uncoated lead
Dimensions: 0.5cm (1cm for the pair, they come stacked on on top of the other) x 12cm x 33cm
